Privacy policy

FFRR Alert collects the purchaser email address and payment identifiers supplied by Stripe solely to deliver the purchased guide, availability alert, support, refund, and operational notices.

Data not collected

We do not request or store names unless supplied by the payment processor, passwords, Social Security numbers, criminal histories, fingerprints, eligibility information, application documents, or legal circumstances.

Processors

Stripe processes payment information. Resend processes email delivery. Their policies govern information they process.

No marketing

Purchasers are not enrolled in newsletters, promotional campaigns, or unrelated offers. Email addresses are not sold or rented.

Retention

Records are retained only as needed to fulfill the service, resolve disputes and refunds, meet accounting obligations, and document delivery. Non-required subscriber data is deleted when the finite service is decommissioned.
